Broken Computer

Our computer broke. I think it was Meg (just kidding). It was probably me. Anyway,
Tyler came over Saturday and took it home and had it back on Sunday. But I had to
wait for Meg to set it up again because I am totally computer retarded. So finally.
We went to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point on Monday. We went with our
FHE Group. Surprised?! Actually it was only Lowell & LuVera and Robert & Noma
and us. But this is 2 Mondays in a row, so we figured we'd just call it our FHE Group.
I took some pictures, not very good ones. but here they are.
I guess I need to figure out how to do the pictures better. The first one is sideways
and I wanted the others underneath. Oh well. Meg, Help!!!!

Spring in Utah??

Yesterday we woke up to SNOW!! It's 55 today and sunny but

Sat. & Sun. it's supposed to be 49 for the high and guess what? You guessed it - SNOW!!!

AGAIN!!! I don't like the heat but I could sure go for some warmer weather anytime soon.

But I guess this is what you call Spring in Utah!

On a lighter and better note - Troy bid a great big huge park in Riverton yesterday and

was the low bidder. We are very proud of him. But he is getting a little cocky! He said

he was unbeaten on bidding these big parks. What are we going to do with him???

My week in Review

Yesterday was a funny day. We lost Quickbooks on my computer at work. Now quickbooks has our whole company's life on it and we were a little comcerned about that. But Kelli is THE woman!! She went up and between her Dad and Troy and the help on the internet, she found Quickbooks!! Yeh!! We knew Ray had back-up but we were still worried. Anyway, everything turned out great, thanks to Kelli.

Okay, today is Saturday and it's Danny's "mow the lawn and wash the truck" day.

Here he is. He gets on that lawnmower and he thinks he's on his motorcycle! But that's okay. It satisfies his "need for speed". And he washes his 2 trucks every Saturday. Now that's okay but one of them always stays in the shop during the week and never gets dirty. But, oh, well, it keeps him out of my hair on Saturday's!!

Not Much to Say

My life is so un-exciting that I knew I would never be able to blog everyday. The most
exciting thing I did yesterday was get my nails done!! Brenda and her husband are coming
on the Cruise in March, so that's exciting for me.
I went to Wal-Mart (sorry Julie) and got some new rugs. Now, I know all you girls will be so
excited that I got new rugs!! That's my way of re-decorating! Anyway, I saw Judy Grover
there and we stood in the parking lot and talked for an hour! Judy is my oldest friend, clear
from Elementary, she was also my neighbor for ever. We decided all our old friends needed to
get together for lunch. So we are!
So, I have the Noorda grandkids today. I bought them a bunch of toys for the sandpile and
guess what they are playing with? A QVC box!! They are making a boat out of it and coloring
on it. I guess it's true - just give a kid a box and he can pley forever. Troy used to do that too
when he was a little boy.

Okay, I think all of you know what the most welcome sight at my house is -
GRANDKIDS!!! I can't think of anything better than having all of them here at the
same time! And I'm anxiously awaiting June when that will hapeen. But for now, I
am content with Madison, Gabe and Eli twice a week. It satisfies my Grandma fix.
As soon as Meg comes over again and shows me how, I'll post tons of grandkid pix.
